KleerBlue offers a wide array of Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) storage and dispensing products.

Mini-Bulk Tanks
A key component of all of the KleerBlue equipment solutions is the specially designed Mini-Bulk storage tank.  Available in 400 or 1000 gallon capacity, the insulated tank with a R-16 value, is constructed of triple-wall UV protected polyethylene tank and shell that also provides for secondary containment.  The unit comes complete with a redundant heating system to ensure DEF dispensing operability when extreme temperature conditions exist, a submersible pump, all internal plumbing and tank level monitoring.  Its 38” width (400 gallon) and 44" width (1000 gallon) provides for an “island friendly” placement inline with existing fueling islands.

Drum & Tote Packages
Because the purity of DEF is essential, KleerBlue by Separation By Design has identified DEF handling systems and components that maintain the purity of DEF while delivering exceptional performance at an affordable price.  The equipment listed here complies with ISO 22241 standards for proper handling of DEF.  Unique DEF handling systems are presented for use with the variety of DEF drums and tote containers offered in the marketplace.  These containers are classified into two types, Open and Closed containers.   “Open” drum and totes are containers that DO NOT have drybreak connections and allow for easy access to withdraw DEF from their bung openings or lid.  “Closed” containers DO have a sealed drybreak system that requires the user to have the mating drybreak coupler connection to withdraw DEF from the container.
