The Fleet Dispenser Package is a turnkey unit that combines the KleerBlue Fleet Mini-Bulk storage tank and the KleerBlue Fleet Dispenser.  They are preassembled and fully tested, providing for a quick and easy on-site installation.  A 3rd party fleet DEF dispenser, such as those manufactured by Bennett, Gilbarco or Wayne, can be easily integrated with our mini-bulk storage tanks in lieu of the KleerBlue Fleet Dispenser.

FLEET DEF DISPENSER
The KleerBlue model KB-1040 fleet dispenser is designed for fleet locations that are looking for dependability and performance.  The KB-1040 offers a stainless oval gear meter, ReelCraft hose reel, polypropylene Cim-Tek 1-micron cartridge filter, dual heaters and Triangle MicroSystems VRR-100 electronic register enclosed in an industrial grade, powder coated and insulated cabinet.  This dispenser, when coupled with the KleerBlue Min-Bulk storage tank, delivers a flow rate of 10 GPM.  Utilizing the TMS VRR-100 electronic register provides the user interface or read out including the pulser, displays and the electronics required to compute sales, and can provide sales and totals information to most any third party controllers including the Verifone system.  The pulse output, along with the electronic interface option, provides a solution to tie into practically any existing controller such as Petrovend, Gasboy or Fuel Master.
